摘要
为解决高镍奥氏体无磁辊材料X5NiCrTi2615MoAIVB在以往热处理工艺下硬度不高等问题,通过分析X5NiCrTi2615MoAIVB的成分,研究合金元素在材料中的作用,并利用Jamatpro5.0软件进行相图计算,从而设计并试验得到适合该材料的最佳热处理工艺为:1 000℃×2 h固溶后水冷+760℃×12 h时效后空冷,最终有效地改善了高镍奥氏体无磁辊材料组织和性能。
In order to solve the problems on hardness of the high-nickel non-magnetic roller material X5NiCrTi2615MoA1VB, which was not hard enough by original heat treatment, the alloying ingredients of XSNiCrTi2615MoA1VB was analyzed. The software Jampatpro5.0 was used to design the best solution and aging process for XSNiCrTi2615MoA1VB steel, i.e. 1 000 ℃×2 h solution ( cooling in water) + 760℃× 12 h aging ( cooling in air). The microstructure and performance of the high-nickel non-magnetic roller material was ultimately improved.
