摘要
CAD/CAM技术在机械工程领域的应用日益广泛。在SolidWorks中建立齿轮三维模型,再导入ANSYS中,进行有限元计算,降低了齿轮的建模难度,为齿轮各种力学性能的分析奠定了基础。某些阶的固有频率是相同的,这是由于齿轮的结构是对称的,求解时出现重根现象。当固有频率相同时,其振型也是相同的,但相位不同。
The CAD/CAM technology is widely applicated in the mechanical engineering domain. This article establishes the gearthree-dimensional model in SolidWorks, again inducts in ANSYS, carrieson the finite element computation, reduced the gear modelling difficulty, was the gear each mechanics performance analysis has laidthe foundation. Certain steps natural frequencies are same, this is because the gear structure is symmetrical, when solution appears the same roots.When natural frequency same, it inspiring also is same, but the phase is different.
