摘要
地震发生后,对铁路桥梁的地震灾害损失进行简捷评估,对于制定抢险救灾方案和灾后重建规划十分重要。本文以铁路混凝土梁桥为例,分析桥面系、上部结构和下部结构各组成部分及其震害破坏形式,采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价相结合的方法,确定铁路混凝土梁桥各组成部分及各种震害破坏形式在桥梁震害评估中的权重,为判断铁路混凝土梁桥的破坏等级和估算单座桥梁的震害经济损失提供依据。
After an earthquake,a quick assessment on the damage of the railway bridge is crucial to the rescue planning and the reconstruction scheme. The paper uses railway concrete girder bridge as an example to analyze the decking, upper and lower structure and other components, as well as the damage occurred and the form it took. Analysis hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were introduced to determine the weight of each components and the damage forms in the seismic resistance assessment, therefore provides reliable reference to the evaluation of damage level and the calculation of economic loss.
