摘要
在室内生测验证具有明显增效的基础上,按照悬浮剂的制备工艺和技术指标控制试验的要求,进行了配方筛选试验,确定了30%阿维·灭幼脲悬浮剂的配方:29.7%灭幼脲,0.3%阿维菌素,1%NNO,4%农乳1600#,1%农乳500#,1%凹凸棒土,1.2%拉开粉,0.1%黄原胶,5%乙二醇,0.3%硅酮类,水补至100%。配方产品的验证试验结果表明,30%阿维·灭幼脲悬浮剂的各项指标均能达到质量技术标准。田间药效试验结果表明,30%阿维·灭幼脲悬浮剂以有效成分180-220g/hm^2防治甘蓝小菜蛾,防效可达73.39%-80.19%,优于或等同于1.8%阿维菌素乳油(8.1g/hm^2)、20%灭幼脲悬浮剂(225g/hm^2)的防效,持效期达14d。
The formulations and field trails of Abamection .Chlorbenzuron 30% SC were studied in this paper. According to the laboratory bioassay,Abamection .Chlorbenzuron had an obvious synergism effects on Plutella xylostella L. Based on preparation technology and SC technique index, the formula was obtained as-follows:chlorbenzuron TC 29.7%, abamection TC 0.3%, NNO 1%, pesticide emulsifier 1600# 4%, pesticide emulsifier 500# 1%, attapulgite 1% , nekal BX 1.2%, xanthan gum 0.1%, ethylene glycol 5%, silicone 0.3%, and deionized water 56.4%. The results of experimental verification of the formulated product demonstrated that all indexes of Abamection. Chlorbenzuron 30% SC confirmed to the quality technical standards. Field test result showed that the control efficacy of Abameetion. Chlorbenzuron 30% SC(180 g/hm^2 to 220 g/hm^2) against P. xylostella L. was 73.39%-80.19%, which was superior or similar to the efficacy of Abamection 1.8% EC ( 8.1 g/hm:) and Chlorbenzuron 20% SC (225 g/hm^2), and the control efficacy could last for 14 days.
