摘要
针对PLC直接控制步进电机速度存在的滞后问题,设计了一种基于V/F频率变送器的步进电机调速系统。通过控制PLC输出电压,经频率变送器后转换为控制脉冲调整步进电机的转速,并利用LabVIEW设计控制面板,其图形界面能方便控制与观察电机运行状态。
According to the delay problem of stepper motor controlled by PLC, a speed control system based on V/F transformation is built. With the voltage output by PLC, the stepper motor speed can be controlled by the frequency, which is produced by the V/F transformation. Meanwhile, the operation panel is designed by LabVIEW, the running status of motor can be observed directly from the graphic display interface.
