基于嵌入式系统的电气系统故障检测系统

摘要 开发了重型机械化桥电气与液控系统的故障检测系统。系统基于嵌入式技术,由USB通讯接口电路、数据采集单元、智能故障诊断和维修管理等部分构成,其核心是MSP430嵌入式微处理器;能检测电气系统的各种参数,通过采集测量数据和用户输入的观测结果,系统能够自动检测和诊断故障;提供了图形用户接口,指导用户进行故障测试、诊断和维修等整个维修与检测过程。 The main obiective of this work is development and design of electrical equipment fault testing device based on embedded system. The device is accomplished with the integration of USB communication interface, data acquisition circuit, intelligent fault diagnosis as well as maintenance and management function, based on the core of em- bedded microprocessor MSP 430. Various electron- ic and electric parameters are capable to be detec- ted. The fault testing and diagnosis are automati- cally performed by the application of measured da- ta, user input observation results that are presented by logical value, and the detection results of other testing equipment. In addition, it can utilize graph- ics and text to guide user's measurement and ob- servation till to the determining of the fault parts, and subsequently make maintenance solution. So far, the detecting precision meets the requirements of circuit fault testing of the mechanised bridge.
