摘要 设计了一个智能小车系统,配合激光跟踪仪进行测量工作,克服激光跟踪仪测量本身的缺点,极大地提高了激光跟踪仪测量效率。激光跟踪仪测量法要求在测量过程中激光束路径不能中断,装置通过在激光跟踪仪的跟踪头与小车分别安装了一个微型的高精度三维电子罗盘,实时地测量跟踪头与靶球之间的相对角度变化,小车根据角度变化调整靶球的转向,实现靶球与激光束的自动对准。通过智能小车的辅助,利用激光跟踪仪对大型天线面形进行测量,既实现了激光跟踪仪高精度的优势,又提高了测量效率。 A smart car is designed to coordinate with the laser tracker measurement, which over- comes the shortcomings of the laser tracker meas- urement,and greatly improve the efficiency of the laser tracker measurement. During the measure- ment of laser tracker, the laser beam between laser tracker and the reflector must not be interrupted, so two high - precision three - dimensional minia- ture electronic compasses, which can real - time monitor the relative angle between the holding bracket and the laser tracker' s head, are both e- quipped on the car and the head of laser tracker to achieve automatic alignment between reflector and laser beam. With the aid of the smart ear, the measurement ol laser tracker has the advantages of high precision and rapidity.
