严重下肢中小动脉硬化闭塞血管成形术后的护理 被引量：4

摘要 糖尿病所致的动脉粥样硬化，引发身体许多并发症。其中下肢动脉硬化常引起膝下中小动脉闭塞，导致肢体缺血坏死，足部溃疡长期不愈，只有重建血管、恢复血供才能挽救肢体。近年来，随着腔内技术及器材的进步，如何更好的提高术后患肢的护理质量，缩短治愈时间，提高患者的满意度，石家庄市第一医院自2011年3月至2012年6月对120例下肢动脉闭塞性疾病行胭以下中小动脉血管腔内长球囊扩张成形术，术后在围手术期做好基础护理，生命监测的基础上，
