摘要
加强无公害农产品质量监管体系建设,强化无公害农产品生产、加工、销售各环节管理,是提高农产品质量安全水平的重要举措。根据多年从事农业"三品一标"工作的实践和经验,以建瓯市为例,总结了无公害农产品生产发展和质量溯源管理等内容。
Strengthening construction of the quality supervision system of pollution-free agricultural products and intensifying the management and control in the links of production, processing and sale is an important measure to improve the quality and safety of agricultural products. According to the practice and experience in the work of "three-products and one-brand" ago-products for many years, taking Jian' ou City for example, this paper summarized the development of pollution-free agri- cultural products and management of quality traceability.
