摘要
中央苏区时期的苏维埃政府被称为"空前的真正的廉洁政府",在当时采取了一整套富有权威、行之有效的权力监督机制,法律监督就是其中重要一环。其主要措施有:制定严格的法律规定、建立有力的法律监督机构、进行广泛的法制宣传教育、主要领导人的严肃法纪。
The Chinese Soviet Government was once claimed to be the unprecedented real clean government.At that time,a set of authoritative and effective power supervision mechanism were adopted,and legal supervision was one important part.The main measures were as follows： formulating strict laws,establishing powerful legal supervision organizations,carrying out wide legal publicity and education,and the main leaders＇ serious attitudes towards laws.
