大学英语四、六级网考已有7年,目前进入了一年四次的常模阶段。四、六级网考在具备纸笔考试不可比拟的优势的同时也暴露了一些亟待规范化的问题,规范化的考试技术管理对于计算机考试来说是必不可少的,北京邮电大学的网考环境搭建和维护流程为四、六级网考的管理规范化进程提供了可行和较为成熟的参考模式。

The College English iBT4/6（internet-based Test） has experienced a development of 7 years since its birth, and it is in the stable phrase of being held three times per year, iBT has imponderable advantages which the CET4/6 could not compare, it also has some weaknesses which should be regulated urgently, such as the regulation of technology support and examination management, which is absolutely necessary for an examination based on internet, the instance of examination environment building and maintenance procedure applied by Beijing university of posts and telecommunications has provided a practicable reference pattern for standardization process of iBT.
