摘要
针对空心轴系纵向振动问题,文章提出了利用粘弹性调谐阻尼器对其进行振动控制的方法。基于有阻尼动力吸振器的原理,文中首先详细地介绍了该种阻尼器的设计过程,并运用理论方法和有限元方法对调谐阻尼器的减振效果进行了分析,分析结果表明:对于轴系的纵向振动,调谐阻尼器的减振效果取决于粘弹性材料的损耗因子,对于轴系—调谐阻尼器系统,粘弹性材料的损耗因子存在一个最优值,当粘弹性材料的损耗因子处于其最优值时,调谐阻尼器能取得非常好的减振效果。
A piece of work on longitudinal vibration control for hollow shaft using tuned viscoelastic damper is presented. The particular design process is introduced. The tuned viscoelastic damper is designed based on the principle of dynamic absorber in theoretically. And, the damping effect of the tuned viscoelastic damper is evaluated by theory and FEM software. The results show that the damp-ing effect depends on the loss factor of the viscoelastic material, and there has an optimal loss factor for the damper, the damper can provide large damping for the hollow shaft when the loss factor of the viscoelastic material achieves its optimal value.
