探索了竹浆纤维性能对水刺加工工艺的影响,竹浆纤维的形态结构、抗弯刚度、线密度、长度、断裂强度和回潮率等都是重要影响因素。竹浆纤维水刺非织造布的加工工艺可以适当借用黏胶纤维水刺非织造布的加工工艺,但也应根据原料的不同性能作一定改变。

The influence of bamboo fiber performance on its spunlace process was presented,such as morphology structure,bending rigidity,liner density,length,breaking strength and moisture regain.The spunlace process of bamboo fiber nonwovens could use the process of viscose fiber nonwovens,and it should change properly by different materials.
