摘要
以5个糜子品种为试材,研究糜子品种间8个农艺性状(穗长、千粒重、株高、倒二叶叶夹角、倒二叶叶面积、倒二叶叶脉密度、倒二叶上表皮气孔密度、倒二叶下表皮气孔密度)9项指标的形态解剖差异。结果表明,5个糜子品种间倒二叶叶绿素含量差异显著;株高等其他8项指标差异极显著;糜子的叶脉密度为4.65-5.66条·mm-1;糜子上表皮气孔密度大于下表皮气孔密度。本研究结果可为深入研究糜子品种资源提供理论依据。
Nine agronomic traits of five common millet varieties were investigated in this study, including ear length (EL), thousand kernel weight (TKW), plant height (PH), the intersection angle of second leaf(IASL),leaf area of second leaf (LASL), chlorophyll concentrationof the second leaf (CCSL), leaf vein densities of second leaf (LVDSL), stomatal densities of upper epidermis (SDUE) and stomatal densities of lower epidermis (SDLE) . The results showed that all agronomic traits of different varieties were significantly different (p〈0. 001) except CCSL with p〈0.05. As for common millet, the vein densities of the second leaf from top ranged from 4.65 to 5.66 mm-1. As for the stomatal densities of the second leaf from top, it distributed more in up-epidermis than that in down-epidermis. These results will provide theoretical foundation for germplasm resources of common millet.
