摘要 以11个核桃品种为试材,对核桃果实不同部位的总酚含量进行测定分析,结果表明:核桃果实中总酚含量在不同品种间差异显著,供试11个品种中,晋龙1号、京861和鲁光的果实各部分总酚含量相对较高;鲜样中总酚含量在不同部位间差异显著,种皮的总酚含量最高,平均达156.69mg·g-1,青皮的总酚含量次之,平均为4.35mg·g-1,种仁的总酚含量很低,平均为0.50mg·g-1;干样带种皮种仁的总酚含量平均为13.45mg·g-1,鲁光和西扶1号干样中总酚含量高于其它品种。 Using 11 different varieties of ripening walnut as materials, the content of polyphenols (CP) in different parts of walnut fruit were measured and analyzed in the study. The results showed that CPs were significantly different among different varieties, as well as among different parts. Among these 11 different varieties, the CPs of Jinlong 1, Jing 861 and Luguang were relatively higher than those of others. In the fresh walnut samples, the CPs were significantly different among different parts of the same variety. The CP in the testas was the highest at 156.69mg·g^-1 and the second one was found in the peel with average content at 4.35mg·g^-1. The CP in the seeds was the lowest one with the average content at 0.50mg·g^-1. The CP of dry walnut samples with the peels and seeds was 13.45mg·g^-1 on average, but the GPs of Luguang and Xifu 1 were relatively higher than others.
