我国体育用品业知识产权研究进展

Research Progress of Intellectual Property of China's Sports Goods Industry

随着国际体育用品业的飞速发展和我国体育用品业在国民经济中的地位不断提高,国内学者对于我国体育用品业知识产权的研究也在不断增加.该文采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,针对国内学者对我国体育用品业知识产权研究进展问题进行研究.分析认为:我国体育用品业的发展问题不应是市场开发的问题,而应是从根本上加强自主知识产权研发的问题、保护及运用措施的问题,相关研究深入程度不够,提出的相关措施没有落到实处.

Along with the rapid development of international sports goods industry and their continuously - increasing status in China＇s national economy, their intellectual property has been being increasingly studied by many Chinese scholars. This paper is to, by using literature, logic analysis and other methods, analyze their research progress, and the conclusion is： the market development will be not only strengthened, but the develop- ment, protection, and utilization of proprietary intellectual property rights should be also primarily enhanced, and some relative researches will be deeply conducted, the measures should be implemented.
