76例急性牙髓炎患者一次性根管治疗的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of the One Time Root Canal Filling Method in Permanent Acute Pulpitis

目的:探讨急性牙髓炎患者一次性根管治疗的效果,为减少急性牙髓炎患者的就诊次数提供指导。方法:选择门诊76例急性牙髓炎患者,前牙15例,前磨牙30例,磨牙31例,疗效按无症状、不适和轻度疼痛分级。结果:治疗后急性牙髓炎患者中,无症状、不适和轻度疼痛的比例分别为77.6%、13.2%和9.2%,疼痛情况明显改善。结论:一次性根管治疗用于急性牙髓炎患者治疗成功率较高,值得临床应用。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of the one-time root canal therapy in acute pulpitis patients, and provide guidance to reduce the patients of acute pulpitis visits.Method： 76 cases acute pulpitis patients, 15 cases of anterior teeth, 30 cases of premolar teeth, 31 cases of molar, the effect was asymptomatic, discomfort and slight pain scale.Result： Asymptomatic, discomfort and slight pain were 77.6%, 13.2% and 9.2% after therapy, the pain was obviously improved.Conclusion： One-appointment root canal therapy for the treatment of acute pulpitis patients with higher success rate, it is worthy of clinical application.
