基于就业环境再造的新型城镇化发展研究

On New Type Urbanization Based on Employment Environment Reproduction

中国传统城镇化的迅速发展,产生了庞大的农民工群体和特殊的农民工家庭生活,造成了一些社会问题。就业环境再造是顺利推进新型城镇化发展的必然选择,为此,应改革现有的户籍制度、积极推进社会保障体系改革、改善农村转移劳动力的就业教育培训制度和实施"就业优先"发展战略,积极进行就业环境再造,促进新型城镇化的顺利发展。

China＇s rapid urbanization has brought about large migrant worker groups and their special families, which may cause some social problems. The employment enviornment reproduction is an inevitable choice to make new type urbanization go ahead smoothly. Therefore, the existing household registration system and social security system must be reformed. The employment training system must be improved for the transfer of rural surplus labors. And the strategy of Employment Priority must be implemented for the promotion of urbanization.
