探讨脂蛋白(a)和同型半胱氨酸对冠心病诊断的临床意义 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)对冠心病诊断的临床意义。方法选择69例确诊冠心病患者设为实验组,选择62例健康体检者设为对照组,试验过程中采用双盲法,分别测定Lp(a)和Hcy浓度,进行组间对比,分析与冠心病的关系。结果实验组的Lp(a)和Hcy浓度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Lp(a)和Hcy都是诊断冠心病的良好指标,二者联合检测有利于冠心病的预测和辅助诊断。
