Sp110基因rs1135791、rs2114592多态性与乙型肝炎易感相关性研究

Study on correlation between the polymorphism of RS1135791 and RS2114592 of SP110 gene and hepatitis B virus

目的探讨Sp110基因rs1135791、rs2114592多态性与乙型肝炎易感性的相关性。方法各选取100例武汉地区HBV DNA阳性的乙型肝炎患者和100例健康对照者,采用PCR扩增和DNA测序的方法检测Sp110基因rs1135791C/T位点和rs2114592C/T位点基因型,运用χ2检验比较其基因型频率差异。结果乙型肝炎组Sp110基因rs1135791C/C、C/T和T/T基因型频率分别为79%、8%和13%,对照组分别83%、5%和12%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Sp110基因rs2114592C/C、C/T和T/T基因型在乙型肝炎组分布频率分别为86%、7%和7%,正常对照组分别87%、5%和8%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Sp110基因rs1135791、rs2114592多态性与武汉地区乙型肝炎的易感性无关。

Objective To explore the relationship between the polymorphism of rs1135791and rs2114592of Sp110gene and hepatitis B virus.Methods Selected 100hepatitis B patients which HBV DNA was positive in Wuhan area and 100healthy subjects as control.Detected rs1135791C/T and rs2114592C/T in Sp110gene using PCR amplication and DNA sequencing,compared the frequency differences of genotype by chi-square test.Results The genotypes of rs1135791mutation in Sp110in group of hepatitis B were C/C,C/T,T/T.The frequency of these genotypes was respectively 79%,8%and 13%,the group of control was respectively 83%,5%and 13%.Two groups had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The genotypes of rs2114592mutation in Sp110in group of hepatitis B were also C/C,C/T,T/T.The frequency of these genotypes was respectively 86%,7%and 7%,the group of control was respectively 87%,5% and 8%.Two groups had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Polymorphism of rs1135791C/T and rs2114592C/T in Sp110gene have independent association with susceptibility of hepatitis B in Wuhan area.
