纤维蛋白单体及其在DIC等疾病诊断监测方面的临床意义 被引量:9

摘要 大量临床研究表明,许多疾病如冠状动脉疾病、缺血性心脏病、卒中、血栓性疾病与纤维蛋白原的聚集转化密切相关[1-3]。有研究表明,这些疾病患者的血栓结构和稳定性与健康者血浆中血栓的结构和稳定性不同[4-7]。一旦重症患者发生弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)时,微血管内将有大量血栓形成,纤维蛋白原转化成纤维蛋白,其中纤维蛋白单体(FM)产生的最早,其次是纤维蛋白原降解产物(FDP),
