我国竞技体育后备人才培养研究中的热点议题

Highlights in Studies of Prospective Talents Cultivation for Competitive Sports in China

竞技体育可持续发展的中心是人才资源问题。后备人才是竞技体育人才最主要的“发源地”。如果离开了源源不断的后备人才资源，竞技体育就会失去最重要的可持续发展动力。而后备人才的培养投资大、见效-陧，必须着眼长远，避免只顾眼前的短期行为，才能从根本上保证我国的竞技体育后继有人。我国竞技体育后备人才的培养问题。从20世纪90年代末开始为学者们所关注，并逐步成为研究热点。该研究主要围绕我国竞技体育后备人才培养现状与对策、体教结合培养竞技体育后备人才、我国竞技体育后备人才培养的可持续发展等内容展开。在此，本刊节选其中一些具有代表性的学术论点。

Talent resource is essential for the sustainable development of competitive sports. Prospective talent is the fountain of competitive sports talents which would lose the power of sustainable developing without the unending supply of prospective talents Since the prospective talents cultivation needs large investment and brings low production efficiency, focusing on long-term, in stead of short-term benefits, can fundamentally guarantee the successors of the competitive sports in China. This paper highlights issues on the prospective talents cultivation in China, including the influential factors, present problems, and the system, model and strategy of cultivation.
