摘要 采用了NKA-2、X-5、H1010、D101四种大孔吸附树脂和正相硅胶柱色谱对市售迷迭香酸进行纯化,结果表明:NKA-2树脂吸附效果最好,其在最佳提纯条件下,迷迭香酸质量分数从10.90%提高到16.104%,在正相硅胶色谱分离下,迷迭香酸质量分数由10.90%提高到17.67%。 The extraction efficiency of four kinds of macroporous adsorption resin of NKA - 2, X - 5, H1010, DI0t and positive phase silica gel column chromatography for rosemary acid have been studied. The result showed: the best resin is NKA - 2 resin and it makes the mass fraction of rosemary acid increased from 10.90 % to 16.104 % at optimum conditions, while the mass fraction of rosemary acid increased from 10.90 % to 17.67 % after the positive phase silica gel chromatography separation.
