新型有机膨胀型阻燃剂BTOCPMOM的合成

摘要 以季戊四醇(PER)、三氯氧磷、蜜胺(MA)和七钼酸铵(AHM)为原料,通过季戊四醇磷酸酯和八钼酸蜜胺进行复配,合成了新型无卤双羟基磷酸酯八钼酸蜜胺盐(BTOCPMOM),并以红外光谱和元素分析对所得产品进行了表征。结合热重分析和产品阻燃性能测试结果显示,该阻燃剂在热重分析中表现出良好的热稳定性和较高的成碳性。将合成产品应用于聚丙烯阻燃中,当BTOCPMOM/PP=30∶70(W/W)时,氧指数达到35.2%。 A novel halogen-free intumescent flame retardant, double hydroxyl phosphate melamine octomolybdate (BTOCPMOM for short) was synthesized from pentaerythritol, phosphorus oxychloride, melamine and ammonium heptamolybdate, which was formulated with pentaerythritol phosphate and melamine octomolybdate to make multicoponent complex fonmulation. Molecular structure of BTOCPMOM was identified by FTIR and elemental analysis. Bonding to thermogravimetry analysis (TGA) and flame retardant performance test, the results showed that the synthetic products showed good thermal stability and eximious char-foruling feature in thermal- gravimetric analysis. The limiting oxygen index (LOI) value could reach 35.2 % when mass fraction of BTOCPMOM flame rctardant in PP resin was BTOCPMOM/PP= 30:70 (W/W).
