摘要
采用聚乙烯醇对六羟甲基三聚氰胺胶粘剂(MF)进行改性,探索最佳的合成工艺条件。在合成六羟甲基三聚氰胺胶粘剂的反应过程中,聚乙烯醇的加入量、反应时间、水的加入量、偶联剂添加量等因素对刘羟甲基三聚氰胺胶粘剂产品的粘度、固含量、游离甲醛含量等性能的影响。结果表明:在n(三聚氰胺)∶n(甲醛)为1∶6,羟甲基化温度为90℃、时间为60 min,聚乙烯醇加入量为7%、水的加入量为10%,的条件下值制得的胶粘剂综合性能最好。最后用红外光谱检测目标产品。
Polyvinyl alcohol was used to modify six-methylol melamine adhesive (MF) and optimum synthesizing process was explored. Influence of dosage of pnlyvinyl alcohol, water, reacting period as well as coupling agent on the properties of modified adhesive like viscosity, solid content, and the content of free formaldehyde. The results show that when n(melamine) : n(fonnaldehyde)= 1 : 6, temperature of hydroxymethylation 90 ℃, reacting period 60 min, dosage of polyvinyl alcohol 7 %, water 10 %. the comprehensive performance of the adhesive was the best. The target product was examined through infrared spectroscopy.
