摘要
介绍了低温等离子体系统净化船舶舱室空气的基本原理和典型装置,及国内外在此方面的研究进展。展望了低温等离子体技术净化船舶舱室空气的研究前景并指出了存在的问题。
The paper introduced some basic principle and typical device about cold plasma technology, and described its research and development in domestic and foreign at present. The future study of development of this technology was prospected, the problems to be solved and the study subjects were pointed out.
