Application CJST Tray Technology to Improve Production Capacity of Industrial Naphthalene System

文章阐述了新型CJST(径向侧导喷射)塔板技术在酒钢(集团)公司焦化厂工业萘生产装置的应用,工业萘初馏塔、精馏塔由传统的浮阀塔板更换为新型CJST塔板,提高了工业萘系统的生产能力,使工业萘系统生产稳定,工业萘收率和质量明显提升。

The paper described the application of new CJST tower plate technology in JISCO（Group） coking factory industrial naphthalene production, the traditional float valve tray of primary distillation tower and rectifying tower is replaced for new CJST tower plate. That not only improved industrial naphthalene system＇s capacity of production, but also made industrial naphthalene system production stable. Industrial naphthalene＇s yield and quality significantly improved.
