塔里木油田污水组成分析及处理对策

摘要 对塔里木油田某作业区污水中有机物及无机物的组成进行了系统分析,提出了相应的解决对策。结果表明,污水存在轻微碳酸钙、硫酸钡、硫酸锶结垢趋势:污水中铁的存在状态及分布比较稳定,溶解性铁和Fe^2+都分别占∑Fe的97%以上;污水悬浮物中强极性有机组分占25~50%,可在三相分离器出口投加高效聚铝和有机高分子助凝剂,从沉降罐顶部回收富含悬浮物污油。 The organic and inorganic materials in waste water of Tarim oilfield were analyzed and some corresponding countermeasures were suggested in the paper. The results showed that a slight scaling tendency of calcium carbonate, barium sulfate and strontium sulfate was existence. Existing state and distribution of iron was relatively stable in oilfield waste water. The dissolved iron and Fe^2+ accounted for more than 97 % of ∑Fe respectively. The composition analysis of suspended solids showed that strong polar organic compounds accounted for 25-50 %, and suspended solids was removed from the waste water by adding high quality polymeric aluminium chloride and organic polymer coagulant in three-phase separator and recovered waste oil rich in suspended solids in the top of the settling tank.
