摘要
文章综述了餐厨垃圾废水的特点及处理现状,主要介绍了重力分离、粗粒化分离技术、膜分离等油水分离技术的应用,并分别论述了制取生物柴油、硬脂酸和肥皂等废弃油脂资源化利用技术以及生物法处理去油脂高浓度废水的应用。最后提出了处理餐厨垃圾废水的合理工艺。
The paper summarized characteristics and treatment situation of food waste wastewater. It mainly introduced the applications of gravity separation, coalescence technology and membrane separation in oil-water separation. Grease resource technology such as making Biodiesel, stearic acid and soap was discussed. Then biological treatment on degreasing wastewater was Introduced. At last, it indicated the rational process.
