制约Shell煤气化装置长周期高负荷运行的主要原因之一是煤质问题。文章对Shell煤气化配煤问题进行了探讨,通过以本地煤为主,外地煤为辅进行复配试验,找到了适合气化炉运行的配煤方案,从而解决了因煤质问题导致气化炉积灰或垮渣等因素,实现Shell煤气化装置长周期、高负荷运行。

One of the main reasons restricting the long term and high load operation of Shell coal gasification plant is the quality problem of coal. The paper discussed coal blending problem of the Shell coal gasification, coal blending was tested by mainly using local coal, and assisted by purchased coal, to find a suitable coal blending scheme for gasifier operation, solved the problems caused by the coal gasification furnace ash or falling slag and other factors, to achieve Shell gasification long-term, high load operation.
