摘要
目的:探讨酚醛塑料中氨气释放量的快速检测方法,满足酚醛塑料制品中氨气释放量测定需求。方法:利用氨气检测仪测定氨气含量。对不同的实验条件进行了对比选择。结果:筛选出了最佳实验条件:样品用热缩膜密封后在70℃下加热8小时,在70℃和25℃时测试样品释放氨气含量。实验测定表明:热缩膜可以有效密封试样,在加热过程中不会导致氨气损失。样品随着加热时间递增呈线性关系,在70℃下加热8小时后,氨气释放量达到最大值;在冷却至25℃测试时可以有效模拟现实使用情况。结论:该方法对酚醛塑料制品中氨气的浓度可快速检测,适合日常酚醛塑料制品氨气释放量的质量监控。
[Objective] To study a rapid method for determination of ammonia released from Bakelite products. [Methods] Test the ammonia concentration by ammonia analysis meter. Different experimental conditions were compared. [Results] The best experimental condition was confirmed: Well sealed the sample with heat-seal packing bag, heated at 70 ℃ for 8 hours, then test the ammonia concentration at 70 ℃ and 25 ℃. The result showed that heat-seal packing bag can well sealed the sample and worked well during the heating. The result showed that the heated time has linear interrelation with the concentration of ammonia, and got the highest concentration after heated at 70 ℃ for 8 hours. The ammonia concentration at 25 ℃ can effectively simulate the real usage. [Conclusion] This method is rapid, simple to determine the ammonia released by Bakelite, and it is portable to be generally used at Bakelite products quality monitoring.
