摘要
以青霉素G钾盐为原料,用过氧乙酸进行氧化,得到青霉素G亚砜;再以对甲氧基苄氯对青霉素G亚砜进行酯化,得到青霉素G亚砜对甲氧基苄酯,两步总收率为86%。
A phenethylpenicillin sulibxide 4-nitrobenzyl ester was synthesized by the oxidation of phenethylpenicillin G potassium with peracetic acid and the lbllowing esterification of penicillin G sulfoxide.Overall yield was up to 86 %.
