摘要
以壳聚糖(CTS)、衣康酸(IA)为单体,H2O2为引发剂,采用微波辐射法合成了CTS-IA二元接枝共聚物,通过静态阻垢实验对其阻垢性能进行了研究,探讨了其时效性、稳锌性能和阻垢机理。结果表明:CTS-IA具有优异的阻垢性能、耐温性和时效性,其阻垢率可达87.23%;良好的生物相容性和稳锌性能,稳锌率可达75%以上;对CaCO3垢的阻垢机理主要是螯合、吸附和凝聚分散作用。
Using hydrogen peroxide (H202) as the initiator, the CTS-IA binary graft copolymer was synthesized from chitosan (CTS) and itaconic acid (IA) by the method of microwave radiation. The scale inhibitor performance of CTS-IA was studied by the static scale inhibition experiment. Moreover, its optimum synthesis conditions, timeliness, and stable performance of zinc were also discussed. The results indicated that the CTS-IA had excellent scale inhibitory effect on calcium carbonate (CaCO3), and its scale inhibition rate can reach more than 87.23 %. Meantime, it had good biocompatibility and stable performance of zinc which can reach more than 75 %. The inhibiting mechanism of CaCO3 scale by it was mainly involved in chelation, adsorption and condensation scattered function
