摘要
纤维素热解是制取高附加值化学品的重要方法,其重要产物之一—左旋葡萄糖酮(LGO)具有很大的利用价值,可以合成各种糖类衍生物及河豚毒素等化学品。催化热解方法是得到较高收率的某一目标化学品的有效方法。文章用FePO4作催化剂,研究FePO4对LGO产率的影响。采用热重(LG)和GC-MS方法分析FePO4对纤维素分解行为的影响。这些结果表明,FePO4具有很好的热稳定性,FePO4催化剂的加入能有效降低纤维素的热解温度,促进了LGO的生成。
Catalytic pyrolysis of cellulose is an important method to produce high-value chemicals, i.e., one of the products is levoglucosenone, which can be t,sed to synthesize many chemicals such as sugar derivatives and tetrodotoxin. In the paper, FePO4 is used as a catalyst to pyrotyze cellulose to synthesize LGO and other valuable chemicals. The thennogravimetry (LG) analysis was applied to investigate the influence of FePO4 on the decomposition temperature of cellulose. This result shows that FePO4 has good thermal stability, and that the addition of FePO4 can reduce the temperature of the cellulose pyrolysis. GC - MS was used to analyze components of bio-oil. This result shows that FePO4 can effectively modify the components of bio-oil derived from the catalytic pyrolysis of cellulose, and it has good LGO selectivity.
