该论文简述了车制乳化炸药黏度的形成及测试方法,黏度在乳胶基质输送中,对输送压力、混合效果、固泡能力及输送距离的影响,使乳胶基质与混装设备做到浑然一体,选择适宜于设备的介质黏度,是混装生产优质炸药的关键。
The paper outlined the forlning and testing methods of the car system viscosity emulsion explosive. In the enmulsion matrix conveying, the influence of viscosity to delivery pressure, mixing, solid foam capacity and transmission distance make enmulsion matrix and mixed equipment be seamless. Choose the medium viscosity suitable to equipment, is the key to product high quality explosives by mixed.
