摘要
针对采用稀硝酸吸收氮氧化物废气治理装置。对影响氮氧化物吸收的主要因素进行了分析,其结果表明:当气体组成不变时,增大NOx浓度或提高氧气用量和液气比均可提高吸收效率,即当氧气用量比值为1.8~2.0和液气比为1.4~1.6之间时,采用稀硝酸法吸收氦氧化物效果较好。
For absorption of nitrogen oxides using dilute nitric acid gas treatment apparatus, nitrogen oxides affect the absorption of the main factors were analyzed, the results showed that: when the gas composition unchanged, increasing the amount of oxygen or increase the NOx concentration and liquid-gas ratio can be increase the absorption efficiency, that is, when the oxygen amount of 1.8 to 2.0 and the ratio of liquid to gas ratio is between 1.4 to 1.6 using dilute nitric acid is better absorption of nitrogen oxides.
