检测水中双酚A高效液相色谱法与酶联免疫试剂盒法的比较

Comparison of HPLC and ELISA for Detection the Content of Bisphenol A(BPA )in Water

使用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)与酶联免疫试剂盒法(ELISA)分别测定水中双酚A含量,分析检测结果以比较两种方法用于检测双酚A的一致性与优劣性。结果表明,两种方法均具有良好的相关性,HPLC法的相关系数为0.9987,而ELISA法的相关系数为0.9858,两种方法均可以满足检测要求,推荐ELISA法用于样品初筛与初步评估,HPLC法用于精准确证。

In order to compare the consistency and superiority of HPLC and ELISA for detecting the contents of Bisphenol A （BPA） in water, the obtained results were analyzed and it indicated that the results of two methods had a good correlation. The correlation coefficient of HPLC method was 0.9987, while the correlation coefficient of ELISA method was 0.9858. Both two methods could meet the requirements of detection. ELISA method could be used for primary screening and early estimates, HPLC method was recommended for confirming and accurate determination.
