针对目前克拉玛依油田钻井所遇泥页岩地层井壁失稳问题,研制出一种高效钻井液用防塌剂。以高浓度沥青的封堵防塌及阳离子的正电性抑制相结合为基础,结合钾离子的晶格抑制作用,具有了降低近井壁泥页岩地层实际渗透率、抑制泥页岩水化膨胀和封堵防塌作用于一体的护壁剂。
