摘要
针对克拉玛依油田现有预应力固井地锚在较软地层固井失效,不能满足稠油注蒸汽热采的需要等问题,设计了预应力新型双级六爪地锚。设计的环形节流装置、偏置式滑块机构,使该新型双级六爪地锚具有底部循环、锚爪单向转动等特点。该地锚下套管中途可循环,下套管到位后即可循环提拉预应力,保证了准确定位,现场操作简单、安全,可靠性高。采用六只锚爪分两级错位分布,有利于套管居中,提拉力增加。
In Karamay Oilfield of existing prestressed well cementing ground anchor failure in soft formation cementingproblems, can not meet the need of heavy oil thermal recovery, design of prestressed double level six claw anchor. Design of theannular throttling device, offset slider crank mechanism, make the novel double stage six claw anchor with bottom cycle, anunidirectional rotation etc.. The anchor pipe halfway circulating, casing in place after the circular prestressing force, to ensure accurate positioning, site has the adwmtages of simple operation, safety, high reliability. The six fluke two dislocation distribution, is conducive to the casing, lifting force increase.
