冠心病患者外周血TL1A表达水平及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子配体相关分子1A(tumor necrosis factor ligand-related molecule-1A,TL1A)在冠心病患者外周血中的表达水平及临床意义。方法分别采用实时定量PCR和酶联免疫吸附法检测35例稳定型心绞痛(stable angina pectoris,SA)、30例不稳定型心绞痛(unstable angina pectoris,UA)、25例急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者及35例正常对照外周血中TL1A mRNA的表达水平和血浆中TL1A水平。结果 SA组(0.35±0.10)、UA组(0.43±0.11)、AMI组(0.53±0.13)患者外周血中TL1A mRNA水平明显高于对照组(0.28±0.09),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),UA组、AMI组患者与SA组患者相比外周血中TL1A mRNA水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SA组[(0.98±0.22)ng/ml]、UA组[(1.22±0.24)ng/ml]、AMI组[(1.41±0.29)ng/ml]患者血浆中TL1A水平明显高于对照组[(0.82±0.21)ng/ml],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),UA组、AMI组患者与SA组患者相比血浆中TL1A水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者外周血TL1A表达水平升高,TL1A可能参与了冠心病的发病过程。 Objective To explore the expression of TL1A in the peripheral blood of patients with coronary heart disease and its clinical significance. Methods In 35 patients with stable angina pectoris (SA) ,30 patients with unstable angina pectoris (UA) ,25 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and 35 normal controls, the mRNA levels of TL1A were detected by real-time quantitative re- verse transcription polymerase chain reaction, and the plasma levels of TL1A were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results The mRNA levels of TL1A in SA, UA and AMI patients were statistically higher than that in normal controls ( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with SA patients, the mRNA levels of TL1 A in UA and AMI patients significantly increased ( P 〈 O. 05 ). The plasma levels of TL1A in SA patients, UA and AMI patients were statistically higher than that in normal controls ( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with SA pa- tients, the plasma levels of TL1A in UA and AMI patients significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The results suggest that TL1A may participate in the occurrence of coronary heart disease.
