基于健康管理理念的家庭医生式养老服务模式介绍

Family-doctor-style Pension Service Mode Based on Health Management

面对人口老龄化趋势,应以需求为导向,在养老服务中嵌入健康管理的新理念,以家庭医生制为主要服务路径和载体,构建家庭医生式养老服务模式。本文在总结家庭医生服务特点的基础上,提出家庭医生式养老服务理念,设计服务内容及构建组织结构模型,并提出家庭医生式养老服务模式需要政府、资源、观念、人才等方面的支撑。

To comply with the aged tendency of population, a new concept of health management has been carried into pension service to establish a family - doctor - style pension service mode, based on not only demand - driven but also family - doctor system. In this paper, the concept of family - doctor - style pension services is put forward on the basis of the characters of family doctor service and its mode designed. What＇s more, the support from government, resources, ideas, talents and so on are required more.
