摘要 根据上海实施建筑工程项目三维规划审批的要求,结合规划设计方案三维建模具体实践,探讨主要技术方法和流程,阐述了模型构建、纹理编辑、光影烘培、模型转换及成果展示与发布等技术关键,并对推进三维规划审批的实施途径和测绘地理信息行业的应对提出建议。 According to the requirements of 3D planning approval for construction engineering projects in Shanghai and the use of standard practice in 3D modeling projects for planning schemes, this article discusses the main technological methods and 3D modeling used in such planning schemes. These include the key technologies of model building, texture editing, shadow baking, model transformation, and exhibition. The paper also presents suggestions for approaches used in implementing 3D planning approval and for surveying and mapping by the geographic information industry.
