摘要 信息技术是助推教师培训变革的核心要素。当前信息技术支持的教师培训管理主要是基于软件的功能再造以及工具组合这种"简单迁移"的信息化方式开展的。受制于现有工具的设计局限,教师培训管理中各个环节的数据很难实现关联互动,无法满足当前培训发展对管理工作所提出的需求,信息化支持的教师培训管理亟需进行"系统重构"。信息技术支持的教师培训管理框架包括过程管理、资源管理、评估管理、团队沟通管理四个方面,体现了教师培训管理的深层内涵——即从被动适应到主动追求。采用"护航型"管理模式、丰富资源的分类框架、强化信息数据的挖掘、展开多维度分析等,这是信息技术支持教师培训管理深层次的作为空间,也体现了其应用价值。随着信息技术的快速发展,大数据、学习分析技术在培训管理中的应用前景值得期待。 Information technology is the key element for promoting the reform of in - service teacher training. At present, the IT - aided management of teachers' in - service training is mainly based on revision of current soft- ware functions and combination of tools, which belong to the "simple transfer" model. Due to the design limitations of existing tools, information and data collected in different steps can hardly correlate and interact, so the manage- ment is unable to meet the demand of training and a "system reconstruction" is in urgent need. The framework of IT - aided teacher training management consists of process management, resource management, evaluation manage- ment and team communication management, revealing the deep connotation of teacher training management, which is change from passive adaptation to active pursuit. The technology embodies its application value on adopting sup- portive management mode, enriching the classification of resource, enhancing data mining and implying multi - a- nalysis. With the rapid development of technologies, the application of more new technology such as big data and learning analytics are highly expected.
