The new citizen community education management innovation in southern Jiangsu is to meet the need of speeding up the integration of urban and rural construction, taking the lead in basically realizing modernization, and building a harmonious community. Based on the characteristics of new southern Jiangsu citizens and community construction experience, the community education management innovation should be launched from objective reality and in the aspects of management mechanism, community education resource integration, educational content and approaches and so on.
