人类精神是理性和非理性的统一体,二者生理基础、认知方式、行为表现都不同,在网络舆论中衍生出了意见表达的双重形式:理性表达与非理性表达。有目的、有意识的理性表达力图澄清网络事件中的谬传,还原事实真相,引导人们权衡利弊、谨慎行事;而带有情感性的非理性表达会使人们根据自己的经验、价值判断在网络事件中以偏激形式发表意见、展示观点,引发逾越道德底线、冲破法律藩篱言行。这两种表达在网络上此消彼长,相互较量,博弈结果决定着网络舆论的主流样态。
