和谐社会中阶层合作现象探析

改革开放以来,我国社会的阶级阶层结构发生了很大的变化,新的阶层和利益群体不断涌现。为了避免由于利益失衡而导致阶层矛盾的激化,党和政府应协调阶层利益关系,通过创新阶级阶层思想理论、增强文化凝聚力促进阶层合作,引导非政府组织在化解阶层矛盾、促进阶层合作中发挥积极的作用。只有促成更广泛的阶层合作,社会才能逐步实现公平正义、团结稳定,国家才能在发展的道路上追求和谐,维护和平。

Since the reform and opening - up policy, the social class structure in China has undergone great changes and the new social classes and interest groups continue to emerge. In order to avoid the conflicts of in- terest imbalances between classes, the Party and the government should balance the class interests by innovating the ideological theory of new class and new stratum, enhancing cultural cohesion, guiding the positive role of NGO in resolving class contradictions. Only by promoting the class cooperation, can our society be social fair and justice unity and stable, the country be more harmonious and peace.
