Clinical application of antihistamines in children allergic rhinitis

摘要 儿童变应性鼻炎(AR)的临床诊治受到耳鼻喉科、变态反应科、呼吸科和儿科等相关学科的关注,权威AR指南的药物治疗规范都强调抗组胺药的重要性。本文综述抗组胺药在儿童AR中的应用。 The clinical diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis in children are attracted in related disciplines such as otolaryngology, allergy, respiratory and pediatrics. The treatment with antihistamines has been confirmed as an important approach by the authoritative guideline of allergic rhinitis. This review summarizes the clinical application of antihistamines in children allergic rhinitis.
