胆道镜下手术治疗肝胆管结石48例临床观察

Biliary Tract Endoscopy Clinical Observation of 96 Cases of Surgical Treatment of Intrahepatic Lithiasis

目的:探讨胆道镜手术治疗肝胆管结石的临床疗效及护理方法。方法:选取2011年7月-2012年10月入住本院的96例肝胆管结石患者,将患者分为对照组和观察组各48例,对照组采用传统方法治疗,观察组采用胆道镜手术治疗,术后比较两组的结石残留、结石复发、二次手术、并发症等主要指标情况。结果:采用胆道镜手术治疗的观察组在各项指标上均优于采用传统方法治疗的对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.5)。结论:胆道镜手术治疗肝胆管结石疗效显著,同时减少了患者的痛苦和治疗时间,值得在临床上大力推广及应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of choledochoscope operation in the treatment of hepatolithiasis and nursing methods.Method：In 96 cases with hepatolithiasis from 2011 July to 2012 October in our hospital for treatment.The patients were divided into two groups,48 patients in each group,the control group were treated with the traditional method,the observation group were treated with choledochoscope operation,the main index of residues,compared two groups of patients with gallstone recurrence,two operation,complications.Result：The choledochoscope operation in the treatment of the indicators in the observation group were better than the control group,the difference between the groups were statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Choledochoscopic operation stone patients have significant effect on the treatment of bile duct,and to reduce the pain and treatment time of patients,is worthy of popularizing and application in clinic.
