公立医院医养结合模式可行性研究——以合肥市滨湖医院老年科为例

A Feasibility Study of the Combination of Medical Care and Pension in Public Hospitals: Based on Cases in Geriatric Department of Binhu Hospital in Hefei

中国已进入人口老龄化国家行列,人口老龄化进程不断加快。长期以来我国基本上采取的是居家养老的模式,其弊端甚多。只有向社会化养老过渡,建立起社会养老为主,其他养老模式为辅的多元、立体养老模式,才能逐步完善我国的养老服务体系。作为社会养老模式的创新,公立医院因其独特的软、硬件优势,率先引入医养结合模式,将医疗与养老功能相结合,不仅是健全我国社会保障服务的重要举措,也为较好应对我国越来越严重的人口老龄化挑战提供了新思路。

China has entered the ranks of countries with aging population, and its population aging process will continue to accelerate. China has long adopted a basically home-based care model, which is riddled with problems. Only through transition to the social pension, and establishing a diverse and stereo pension model which is based on social pension and supplemented by other pension model, can China＇ s pension service system be gradually improved. As a social pension model innovation, public hospitals, due to its unique hardware and software advantages, take the first to introduce health care binding mode, combining medical care with pension. It is not only an important measure to improve our social security services, but also provides a new idea to better react to the increasingly serious challenge of aging population.
