论高校民生档案资源的整合

The Integration of Livelihood Archival Resoures of Colleges and Universities

民生档案工作是高校民生工程的重要组成部分,在一定程度上满足了师生员工的民生信息需求。而民生档案管理中却有两大矛盾影响着档案利用,即信息价值发挥与原件保管之间的矛盾,信息点状分布与证据链状需求之间的矛盾。为解决上述两个矛盾,可以通过实体层面的有序化和信息层面的系统化,对高校民生档案资源进行整合。通过整合,实现民生档案社会价值的增值,提高档案部门的社会认同感,突显民生档案的凭证价值。

Livelihood archives is an important part of university＇s livelihood project. To some extent, it can meet the information needs of the people . There are two major contradictions which affect the archival information use in the management of livelihood archives. One is the contradiction between the information value expand and original care; the other is between information punctate distribution and requirements of evidence chain . The two contradictions can be solved by organizing the files entity and systemizing the archival information. Through integration, it can add the social value of the people＇s livelihood archives, improve the social identity of archives department, and highlight the certificate value of people＇s livelihood archives.
